It's instant, short and crowd-sourced very fast (RT). Example: About a month ago my home laptop was hit with a virus, bringing Vista to its knees, unable to recover. In parallel to my efforts (safe-mode, anti-virus, anti-spyware) I posted a question on twitter, seeking professional tips. Immediately after I had some 10 replies and 10 comments on facebook, with suggestions on how to solve it. Even got a phone call (!) from one of my friends on facebook. I often find myself reaching out to twitter for some experts advice, being for business or personal use. It’s instant, short and crowd-sourced very fast (RT).
