I've been using the Sony Z1U model for a while now, with a DTE (Direct to Edit) HD. Tapeless recording is a concern of mine. I'm working with it quite a bit now and it's a real pain figuring out what format each camera records in and what format and codec istneeds to be converted to to bring it in to an editing system.
