Twitter is the application with the biggest gap between utility and interface. It is very useful, but its web interface is plain bad. So, like in every market, comapnies started to offer Twitter applications.

I am using TweetDeck and Twibble. As you can understand from the headline, I love TweetDeck, but not very happy with Twibble.

What's so cool about TweetDeck:

1. It has a spelling checker!

2. It has columns, so you can see replys, direct messages, search results, and the general feed all at once. I find it very useful, in comparison to Twihrl, that is a one window application

3. It is integrated with TwitScoop, TwitPic and 12seconds.

4. It is relatively stable.

5. It has spelling Checker! |(oops I mentioned it already, but you see, I am writing very fast, so adding a spelling checker is an important feature for me...)

What's so Uncool about Twibble:

I am using Twibble on my mobile phone, to answer my on-the-go-twitting needs. However it is very annoying:

1. It is slow.

2. It is not easy to answer tweets at all.

So there you have it - a mobile application that is slow and not easy to use. Which is, well, the opposite of what you expect from a mobile application.
